Wedding guest coach

Instead of the now-usual double decker bus, why not consider booking a luxury coach for your guests. Your guests can park at your chosen hotel and not worry about transport for the rest of the day, being driven to the ceremony, then the celebration and finally, at the end of the day, taken back to the hotel safely. No appointed drivers, no one leaving early to drive home. This really is a great way to show your guests that they are valued, especially in places where the guest rooms are not available.We can also include:-

- tea, coffee or champagne during the journey

- Liaison with the hotel to check travelling guests in before they return, so no queuing for keys

- Checking guest lists to ensure no one is left behind

- Texts and updates to you and your organisers, to let you know we're on our way

The coaches we use are business class, with toilet and kitchen facilities, extra leg room, proper seat belts.

Simple, elegant invitations and other stationary

Wedding stationary can be so expensive and, whilst pretty, are perhaps an expense worth saving when you consider that the majority of them end up in the bin. We can design and professionally print, using gloss or matt card, simple wedding stationary in any colour combination. The rough price guide to this is 50p per card / invitation / order of service. Having someone present at your event to help organise your guests, announce speeches and support you during your day can be invaluable. A toastmaster does this, as well as adding elegance and dignity to any ceremony. Please get in touch for further information.

Wedding pianist or organist

Good organists or pianists are becoming hard to find. We can

recommend an excellent, fully proficient pianist and organist who will play the music you want. During a ceremony, or in the background during your meal, music can all a really special touch to your day.

First Aid Cover

Venues and ceremonies can be miles away from hospitals nowadays, so having someone quietly sat outside your event just in case they are needed can give you peace of mind, especially with lots of guests who might be older or particularly young.

Book fold gifts and table decorations

These eye catching objects can be used to create a superb centrepiece to any table or display. Give them as a thank you, or use them as a way of identifying your tables, instead of the usual numbers or names in a silver stand.
